Order Cancellation Policy

At Babyoro, we begin processing orders as quickly as possible to ensure fast delivery. If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, cancellations or changes cannot be guaranteed once order fulfillment has begun.


1. Requesting an Order Cancellation

To request an order cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible using one of the following methods:

Please include:

  • Your Full Name

  • Order Number

  • Email Address Used for Checkout

  • The item(s) or order you wish to cancel or modify

For your security, do not send payment card numbers, passwords, verification codes, or other sensitive financial information.


2. Cancellation Confirmation

Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically cancel your order.

Your order is considered cancelled only after you receive a confirmation email from Babyoro.

We will make every reasonable effort to approve cancellation requests received before order fulfillment begins.


3. Cancellation Eligibility

Orders may generally be cancelled if they have not:

  • Entered order fulfillment

  • Been packed for shipment

  • Received a final shipping label

  • Been transferred to the shipping carrier

  • Shipped

Because many orders are processed shortly after they are placed, we cannot guarantee a specific cancellation window.


4. Order Cut-Off Time

Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM Pacific Time.

Orders placed after the cut-off time begin processing on the next business day.

The cut-off time is not a guaranteed cancellation deadline.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately rather than waiting until the end of the business day.


5. Order Changes

Before fulfillment begins, we may be able to assist with:

  • Cancelling individual items

  • Correcting a shipping address

  • Updating product quantities

  • Changing a product, size, or color

  • Cancelling duplicate orders

All requested changes are subject to order status and product availability.

For security reasons, payment methods cannot be changed after an order has been submitted.

If necessary, the original order may be cancelled (when eligible), allowing you to place a new order with the correct payment method.


6. Orders That Have Already Shipped

Once an order has been shipped, it generally cannot be cancelled or modified.

If you no longer need the order after delivery, eligible items may be returned within 30 days in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Please contact us before refusing delivery or returning a shipment.


7. Cancellations Initiated by Babyoro

Babyoro reserves the right to cancel all or part of an order for reasons including:

  • Product unavailability

  • Payment authorization failure

  • Incorrect or undeliverable shipping information

  • Significant pricing or listing errors

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

We will never substitute another product without your consent.


8. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

Approved cancellation refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.

A full-order cancellation refund may include:

  • Product purchase price

  • Applicable sales tax

  • Shipping charges paid for the cancelled order (when applicable)

Depending on your financial institution, additional time may be required before the refund appears on your account.


9. Cancellation Fees

Babyoro does not charge any cancellation fee for orders successfully cancelled before shipment.

If your approved refund has not appeared after 10 business days, please contact your bank or payment provider first, then contact our Customer Support Team with your order number.
