At Babyoro, we are committed to providing a reliable and transparent shipping experience. This Shipping Policy explains where we ship, how orders are processed, shipping costs, estimated delivery times, and what to do if you experience a shipping issue.


1. Shipping Destinations

Babyoro currently ships only within the United States.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


2. Order Processing

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM Pacific Time

  • Processing Time: 1–2 Business Days

Orders are processed Monday through Friday.

Orders placed after the daily cut-off time, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day.


3. Shipping Cost & Delivery Time

Shipping Method: Standard Shipping

Shipping Cost: Flat Rate – $4.99

Processing Time: 1–2 Business Days

Transit time: 3–5 business days

Estimated Delivery Time: 4–7 Business Days

Estimated delivery includes processing and shipping time.

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and cannot be guaranteed, as delays caused by weather, shipping carriers, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.

Any applicable shipping charges will always be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.


4. Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted shipping carriers, including:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

The carrier used for your shipment will depend on package size, destination, and service availability.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after the carrier receives your package.

Customers may also use our Track Order page for shipment updates when available.


6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately.

While we will do our best to assist, address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

Babyoro is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided during checkout.


7. Order Changes & Cancellations

Requests to modify or cancel an order should be submitted as soon as possible.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

8. Shipping Delays

Although we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, unexpected delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Severe weather

  • Carrier delays

  • High shipping volume

  • Incorrect shipping information

  • Natural disasters

  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If your shipment experiences an unusual delay, our Customer Support Team will be happy to assist you.


9. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

Please contact us promptly if your order:

  • Arrives damaged

  • Contains the wrong item

  • Is missing an item

  • Appears lost during transit

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

Please keep the product, original packaging, and shipping label until your claim has been reviewed.
