At Babyoro, we are committed to providing a secure, simple, and transparent checkout experience for our customers. This Payment Policy explains the payment methods we accept, billing requirements, payment security, fraud prevention, and refund procedures.


1. Accepted Payment Methods

Depending on availability during checkout, Babyoro accepts the following payment methods:

2. Currency

All prices and transactions on Babyoro.com are processed in United States Dollars (USD).

If your bank account or payment method uses another currency, your financial institution may apply its own exchange rate or currency conversion fees.

Babyoro is not responsible for fees charged by banks or payment providers.


3. Payment Authorization

Payment authorization must be successfully completed before an order enters processing.

Submitting an order does not guarantee final acceptance.

Before confirming an order, Babyoro may verify:

  • Inventory availability

  • Shipping information

  • Fraud prevention indicators

If payment cannot be authorized, your order may be delayed or cancelled.


4. Secure Checkout

Babyoro uses Shopify's secure checkout system together with trusted payment providers.

For your protection:

  • We do not store complete payment card numbers.

  • We do not store card security (CVV) codes.

  • We will never ask you to send your complete card details, passwords, or verification codes by email, phone, or live chat.

Always make payments only through our official checkout page.


5. Billing Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing information.

A payment may be declined or delayed if:

  • Billing information does not match bank records

  • Payment details are incomplete or incorrect

  • The card has expired

  • Funds are unavailable

  • Additional bank verification is required

  • The transaction is flagged for possible fraud


6. Shop Pay Installments

Eligible customers may see Shop Pay Installments as a payment option during checkout.

Approval, financing terms, installment schedules, and repayment are managed entirely by the installment provider.

Babyoro does not determine financing eligibility or modify installment agreements.

Using installment payments does not change our Shipping, Return, or Refund Policies.


7. Temporary Authorization Holds

Some banks or payment providers may place a temporary authorization hold during the payment process.

These temporary holds are controlled by your financial institution and usually disappear automatically if the transaction is not completed.

If a hold remains longer than expected, please contact your bank or payment provider directly.


8. Prices, Taxes, and Discounts

Your final order total will be displayed before payment and may include:

  • Product price

  • Promotional discounts

  • Shipping charges

  • Applicable sales tax

Discount codes must be entered before completing checkout.

Discounts generally cannot be applied after an order has been placed unless necessary to correct a Babyoro error.


9. Fraud Prevention

To help protect our customers, Babyoro may review or temporarily delay orders that appear unusual or potentially fraudulent.

We may:

  • Verify customer information

  • Confirm billing details

  • Contact the customer regarding the order

  • Cancel unauthorized or fraudulent transactions

During verification, we will never request your complete payment card number or security code.


10. Payment Errors and Declined Transactions

If your payment is declined, please:

  • Verify your billing information

  • Confirm your payment method is active

  • Contact your bank or payment provider

  • Try another accepted payment method

Banks often do not disclose the specific reason for a declined transaction, so your payment provider may be able to provide additional information.


11. Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.

Depending on your financial institution, additional time may be required before the refund appears on your account.

Refunds cannot normally be redirected to another payment method.

Refunds involving Shop Pay Installments are handled according to the installment provider's policies.


12. Unrecognized Charges

If you notice a Babyoro charge that you do not recognize:

  • Review your order confirmation emails

  • Check whether another authorized user placed the order

  • Contact our Customer Support Team with the transaction date, amount, and any available order information

You may also contact your bank or payment provider if you believe a transaction is unauthorized.

Nothing in this policy limits your right to dispute an unauthorized charge.


13. Payment Methods Not Accepted

Unless specifically displayed during checkout, Babyoro does not accept:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Personal checks

  • Money orders

  • Direct bank transfers

  • Cryptocurrency

  • Payments requested through unofficial links or personal accounts

Always complete payments through Babyoro's official checkout page.
