Ordering
How do I place an order?
Simply add your favorite items to your cart and proceed to checkout. Once your order has been placed successfully, you'll receive an order confirmation email.
I didn't receive my confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder first.
If you still haven't received it, contact us with your name and the email address used during checkout, and we'll be happy to help.
Does the confirmation email mean my order has shipped?
No.
Your confirmation email only confirms that we received your order.
You'll receive a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Can I order without creating an account?
Yes.
Guest Checkout is available, and you'll receive the same customer support, return, and refund rights as registered customers.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible.
If your order hasn't entered processing, we'll do our best to modify or cancel it.

What currency are prices displayed in?
All prices, payments, and refunds are processed in United States Dollars (USD).
When will my payment be charged?
Your payment is authorized during checkout after our inventory and fraud-prevention checks are completed.
Why was my payment declined?

Babyoro uses Shopify's secure encrypted checkout.
We never store your complete payment card number or security code, and we'll never ask for them through email, phone, or live chat.
Will I be charged sales tax?
When required by law, applicable sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address and displayed before you complete checkout.

We currently ship within the United States only.
International shipping is not available at this time.

We offer Standard Shipping for a flat rate of $4.99 anywhere within the United States.

Tracking
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number and tracking link.
My tracking says "Label Created." Is something wrong?
Not usually.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier receives your package.
My tracking says "Delivered," but I can't find my package.
Please check:

Returns & Refunds
How long do I have to return an item?

If your product has a manufacturing defect, send us a photo or short video along with your order number, and we'll be happy to help.
